The countdown is officially on for Hitsona Stirling, as preparations are well underway ahead of the studio’s highly anticipated opening this winter.
This will be Hitsona’s 3rd studio in Scotland after Ayr and Livingston, and further signals the Hitsona movement’s growing popularity in the region. The two previous Scottish studios have both proved wildly successful, with growing memberships and industry-leading retention, and Stirling is expected to follow suit.
A key milestone in the fit-out has just been completed: the iconic Hitsona green wall – a visual centrepiece in every studio – has been painted. See the time-lapse video capturing the transformation taking place.

Behind the scenes, franchisee training is ramping up, with the new studio owner diving into the full Hitsona onboarding programme. From operations and member experience to marketing, systems, and community engagement, Barry is preparing to open strong and deliver the Hitsona ethos from day one.
“He is bringing incredible enthusiasm, local insight, and passion to this new studio,” added Stuart “He already lives & breathes the brand, understands the importance of community & togetherness, and it’s clear he can’t wait to get started. We’re excited to support him on his quest to change fitness in Stirling.”
