Jim has worked as a gym instructor, gym manager, personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach for many years in the traditional fitness industry. Now in a new phase of his life, he’s ready for something new wanting to serve his wider community and especially people that don’t find exercise that enjoyable anymore. Researching and learning gained Jim knowledge of the importance of longevity and mental health. This combined with experience has taught him that fitness isn’t measured by weight and waist size, it’s about health and happiness, it’s about feeling part of a community, it’s about laughter and most of all it’s about having the confidence to be you.
This knowledge has inspired Jim to become a Hitsona studio owner and bring something new to the Hoddesdon area.

Since Josh left school he has worked with adults with learning difficulties. He has completed his Personal Trainer qualification with plans to go to university and become a strength and conditioning coach. Josh has since set up an amazing business training fitness, movement and well being for adults with learning disabilities. Kerrie loves to stay fit and healthy but has never worked in the traditional fitness industry. Suffering from back problems and having had spinal surgery, Kerrie became interested in what she could achieve to strengthen her back and began to educate herself and learn much more about training around injury and how low impact HIIT sessions could benefit her. This sort of insight will make her an invaluable member of the Hitsona Hoddesdon team. She is in the process of completing her fitness instructor qualifications so she can add a female touch to our coaching team.
Freddie Hole – Trainee Coach
Freddie is still at school and a Coach in training. He is determined to obtain his fitness instructor qualification and then will continue with his Hitsona specific coach training where he will learn everything HIT Machine specific and how to safe, effective, fun filled sessions. we are on Plumpton road just off rye road near rye house station . There is some on site parking and plenty of parking all down plumpton road.
For those that prefer to take the bus, the bus station is a short 5 minute walk away. Wellgreen road bus stop is next to the studio: local busses (e.g. C11, 38, X36) stop near Veiweforth and Wellgreen Road providing plenty of options for finding your way to the gym.
