Our full-body HIIT exercises offer transformative effects, even helping you to improve your swimming, walking, running and cycling. Ayr Beach is one of the best beaches in Scotland and has been awarded a Seaside Award from Keep Scotland Beautiful. Predominantly sand, it is a great location for picnics and sandcastle building, with a good expanse of grass for children to play on. William Hawrelak Park

If you live or work near our Hitsona Ayr studio, you easily can walk to us and get those steps up – we’re situated a few doors down from the Foresters Hall Community hub at on New Road not too far from the town centre.

You can cycle to us from the centre of Ayr in about 6 mins – Head towards Alloway Street and left onto the High Street. Take a right turn towards Mill Street and right again onto Blackfriars Walk continue along the national cycling route 7 and you will find us on New Road on the right.

You will need to make your way from Ayr centre to Ayr bus station which take about 10 mins and then catching a number 4 bus to Glasgow alight after 3 stops onto Waggon Road and we are a one minute walk from there.

The fastest route by car to our Hitsona Fitness Studio in Ayr is along the A79 John Street off Station road and take the second exit at the roundabout and then the first exit at the next roundabout onto New Road.

Newtown Ayr train station is just a 6 minute walk from our Hitsona studio and you can travel to us by train and swap traffic jams for you time – catch up on emails, read a book, listen to a podcast or gaze out of the window.
