3 Reasons Why People Quit The Gym And How HITZone Overcame Them

Overcrowding

There’s nothing worse than joining a gym and then realising that from 6pm-10pm the place is packed. You have to wait to use each machine and it completely interrupts your workout.

HITZone solved this problem by capping the number of members per session. Depending on the studio there will be a maximum of 8-10 members per session. This means that members can receive individual attention from our coaches and it’s also less intimidating for new members joining the group for the first time.

Lack of guidance and motivation

Many people have found themselves in a massive gym and confronted by a maze of machines, many of which may be very unfamiliar and complicated. They then try and work out how to use them with little or no support which can result in feeling awkward as well as resulting in a poor workout.

At HITZone we ensure our members always train under the guidance of a qualified coach. Someone who knows your struggles, understands your ambitions and goals and wants you to achieve. Our coaches are there to motivate you every step of the way, push you to your limits and demonstrate exercises with good form and technique. If there is an exercise you are struggling with there is always someone to ask.

Results

Have you ever given it your all in the gym and the next day you couldn’t lift your arms or climb a flight of stairs without pain? After weeks of hard work, you don’t feel or look any different, so you pack it all in?

Our HIT Machines are designed with intuitive hydraulic technology to elevate your calorie burn and reduce your delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) by up to 80%. Every session is a high intensity, low impact workout which means reduced pain and less injury – so you can work hard and still be able to walk the next day!
