Just three months after opening its doors, Hitsona Milton Keynes has been named Studio of the Month for October 2025, celebrating a lightning-fast rise built on energy, dedication and fantastic leadership.
The Studio of the Month award recognises the franchise with the most net new members in a calendar month. Like past winners, Shrewsbury and Chepstow, Milton Keynes has achieved this milestone by quickly establishing itself at the heart of the local community, gaining a reputation for providing a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of their age or fitness level.
“It feels even more special knowing we’ve only been open since the end of July,” said James. “In such a short time, this community has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. The energy, the support, the consistency, the laughs, it all comes from our members. We’re buzzing to be recognised.”
From day one, James has followed the proven Hitsona formula, applied the training and impressed everyone in the Hitsona family with his with his passion and attention to detail, all while adding his own personal flair. Milton Keynes has not only grown fast as a result, but has laid strong foundations for long-term success.

James took to Facebook last week to share the news and thank the growing number of members who have helped shape the studio’s early success. From high-fives in sessions to daily motivation and shared laughs, it’s clear the studio is already something special.
“A huge thank you to every single member for making our studio such a welcoming, fun, and motivating place to be,” James added. “You’re the reason we get to celebrate moments like this.”
