This month marks a major milestone for Hitsona Chepstow, as the studio celebrates one year since opening its doors, and what a year it has been.
Owned and operated by Aaron and Rachel, who both continue to juggle part-time roles outside the studio (in corporate work and mental-health counselling/nursing respectively), Hitsona Chepstow has become an example of what patience, community spirit, and genuine passion can build.
Opening wasn’t straightforward. It took months of searching to find the right building; far longer than anyone expected. But instead of rushing the process, Aaron and Rachel showed remarkable patience and calmness, waiting for the space that felt right and matched their vision. And when the doors finally opened, the results spoke for themselves.
Earlier this year, Chepstow made headlines across the Hitsona network by becoming the fastest studio to reach 100 members, a story that captured the energy and ambition of this small-town powerhouse and its exceptional team.

Rachel and Aaron’s focus has always been on community first, and it shows. Chepstow runs regular social events, workshops, and meet-ups that have helped members build genuine friendships and feel part of something special. In fact, one member became so inspired by their experience that they joined the coaching team, testament to the impact Aaron and Rachel have had.
Beyond the studio walls, both owners contribute actively to the wider Hitsona HQ community, delivering member workshops, sharing ideas, and offering support to other studio owners across the network. Their generosity and collaborative spirit have made them highly valued voices within the franchise.
To celebrate turning one, members organised a special anniversary social, bringing together more than 70 people for an evening of connection, celebration, and gratitude.
Hitsona Chepstow’s first year has been defined by heart and hard work, and this is only the beginning.
