Philippa, better known as Billz, once found herself crying in the toilets of a big-box budget gym, struggling to make ends meet as a personal trainer. Today, she is the proud owner of Hitsona Chertsey, where she has built a thriving fitness community dedicated to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals.
Billz’s journey into the fitness world was driven by a passion for helping others feel fitter, healthier, and happier. However, her initial experience in a traditional gym was anything but uplifting. Forced to pay rent for gym space and compete for clients without proper support, she quickly realised that the system was not designed for personal trainers—or their clients—to truly thrive.

Billz embraced this vision wholeheartedly, opening her own studio on Chertsey High Street and dedicating the past two and a half years to building a strong, supportive community. Together with her General Manager, Lil’ Dan, she has transformed the lives of countless members, helping them reach their fitness goals in a way that feels personal and achievable.
Her success doesn’t stop there—Billz is already looking ahead to opening her second studio, proving that with the right mindset and the right environment, anything is possible.
