Shepperton Lake

Bedfont Lakes

Nearby lakes are also a great opportunity to go on a run, especially if you’re new to exercise – as this helps you check your progress after a few weeks of Hitsona Chertsey exercise classes. If you want to begin an alternative gym workout why not try biking to Hitsona, follow Heriot Road, Free Prae Road, or Staines Lane; the route you take depends on the direction you’re coming from.
The nearest bus stops service the 446, 456, 461, 557, 593, and 856 buses – this allows us to accept members all over Surrey, including from Woking, Staines, Sunbury, and Upper Halliford.
