Clean & Press<\/strong><\/p>\nThe ‘Clean & Press’ is one of our most commonly used exercises on the HITMachine. It is complex and uses the full body.<\/p>\n

By definition the clean and press exercise is a multi-movement lift.<\/p>\n
Clean<\/strong>
\nTo \u2018clean\u2019, the arms of the HITMachine are lifted from the floor to shoulders.<\/p>\nPress<\/strong>
\nTo \u2018press\u2019, the arms are quickly driven from the shoulders to arm\u2019s length over head, usually with a spring from the legs.<\/p>\nThe clean and press teaches muscle groups in the body to move as one unit. This improves our coordination, which will in turn help with lots of other movements we use during HITZone sessions.<\/p>\n
