After years of struggling with weight gain, stress, and the challenges of a demanding career in the NHS, Tania Bruce found her solution in Hitsona, a fitness community that changed her life. Now, as the proud owner of her own Hitsona studio, Tania is inspiring others to take control of their health and well-being.

Tania’s fitness journey began nearly nine years ago when she discovered Hitsona after a pivotal moment – seeing an unflattering holiday photo that made her realise she needed to make a change. Having tried traditional gyms without success, she was drawn to Hitsona’s 25-minute high-intensity training sessions and the supportive coaching environment.

“I had spent years joining gyms in January and never going back,” Tania recalls. “But Hitsona was different. The workouts were short, effective, and I had a coach keeping me accountable. More importantly, I found a community of people just like me.”

As a former paediatric nurse and NHS manager, Tania faced increasing job stress, leading to weight gain and mental burnout. She credits Hitsona with helping her navigate those challenging times, providing both a physical outlet and a mental escape.

“It wasn’t just about losing weight,” she explains. “It was about feeling strong, energised, and confident again. My husband even noticed I was a much nicer person when I had trained at Hitsona before coming home!”

Tania’s transformation was so profound that in 2021, she took the bold step of becoming a Hitsona studio owner, turning her personal success into an opportunity to help others. She now leads a thriving community, supporting members in achieving their own health goals, whether that means fitting into an old pair of jeans, feeling confident in photos, or simply having the energy to take the stairs at work.

“The most rewarding part of this journey is watching other people transform,” says Tania. “It’s not just about weight loss; it’s about helping people feel better about themselves, inside and out. Seeing members gain confidence and reach milestones they never thought possible is what gets me out of bed every morning.”

Despite the challenges of running a business, Tania has embraced the journey, continuously learning and growing alongside her members. Her goal? To expand her impact by opening a second Hitsona studio.

“Why settle?” she asks. “I know firsthand what a difference Hitsona can make. If I can help even more people experience that transformation, why wouldn’t I?”
